Ingredients

  • 200g Plain (unflavoured) reduced fat Greek yoghurt
  • 200g Fresh fruit, chopped or blended, we used fresh peaches with the skin on

Method

  1. Briefly stir the fruit through the yoghurt – you still want to see large portions of unmixed yoghurt and unmixed fruit. The final icy pole will have a marbled effect.
  2. Spoon into your freezer mould and freeze for 12-24 hours.
  3. Unmould and enjoy!

Note

Use any fruit – peach, strawberries, blueberries…

Moulds will hold different amounts, have shown the analysis per 100g.
