Fruit and yoghurt breakfast bowl / icy pole

Ingredients

  • 200g Plain (unflavoured) reduced fat Greek yoghurt
  • 200g Fresh fruit, e.g berries or chopped and blended fruit such as bananas, passionfruit, mangoes, dragon fruit, peaches, pineapple.
  • However if you are making icy poles, even though most fruit can be frozen, the texture of watermelon and citrus fruit will change, so not recommended for icy poles.

Method

  1. Briefly stir the fruit through the yoghurt – you will still want to see large portions of unmixed yoghurt and unmixed fruit. Serve in a bowl
  2. For Icy poles, spoon mixture into freezer moulds and freeze for 12-24 hours.
  3. Unmould and enjoy!
