Ingredients
- 200g Plain (unflavoured) reduced fat Greek yoghurt
- 200g Fresh fruit, e.g berries or chopped and blended fruit such as bananas, passionfruit, mangoes, dragon fruit, peaches, pineapple.
- However if you are making icy poles, even though most fruit can be frozen, the texture of watermelon and citrus fruit will change, so not recommended for icy poles.
Method
- Briefly stir the fruit through the yoghurt – you will still want to see large portions of unmixed yoghurt and unmixed fruit. Serve in a bowl
- For Icy poles, spoon mixture into freezer moulds and freeze for 12-24 hours.
- Unmould and enjoy!
