
These seafood tacos are easy to make, and using supermarket salads and wraps, usually only take minutes to prepare, great for a quick lunch and are healthy and low carb.
- 1 advocado (roughly diced)
- Low carb high protein wraps (pack of 5)
- 30 medium shrimp, cooked and peeled
- 1/2 cup of mini tomatoes
- 1/2 cup celery
- 1 pkt fine cut coleslaw mix or cos hearts lettuce (shredded)
Low fat diet creamy dressing – 1/2 cup of Nonfat plain Greek yogurt, lemon juice, chopped dill, garlic, and a small amount of dijon mustard.
Spread a layer of dressing in the centre of the wrap and toss salad in dressing. Then layer salad, prawns, avocado, tomato and celery. Fold wrap. Easy, quick and healthy
